Complete refunds will only be accepted within one (1) Hour of placing an order. After one (1) hour and up until Twenty four (24) hours after placing an order will the refund be accepted but docked a twenty (20) percent restocking fee. After twenty four (24) Hours, orders may not be canceled and/or refunded. If you order on accident you MUST contact Bobar Liquor 2 via email or phone immediately to be refunded. While Bobar Liquor 2 takes every precaution to ensure your order is packaged properly and arrives safely, Bobar Liquor 2 is NOT responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. All orders are shipped in durable boxes and packaged with layers of foam cushioning to protect the bottles. The option of choosing insurance on the package falls on the customer. Customers that pay for shipping insurance can file a claim by contacting Bobar Liquor 2 followed by submitting your information and order number. Orders that include original packaging from the manufacturer or contain irregular-shaped bottles may be packed differently, but securely in Bobar Liquor 2's sound business judgment. During times of bad weather (extreme heat, snow storm etc.), you (the customer), are responsible for notifying Bobar Liquor 2 of any special request to hold and/or postpone your order. Bobar Liquor 2 will not be responsible for any damages whatsoever due to the weather or climate conditions during shipment.
